self?
My
name is Fika Widiya Karini, my nick name is Fika. I was born in Bogor on
September 13th, 1996. I live in Bogor at Komplek UT with my parents and
my sisters. I was graduate from Gunadarma University majoring accounting. I’m a
simple person and good worker.

Why should we hire you?
The
reason why you should hire me is I said before, I’m a good worker so I can make
sure if this company hire as one the employee, I can do my best as much as possible.

What is the reason
behind leaving your last job?
Actually,
when the first time I joined in that company, I feel comfortable with the
leadership and the atmosphere of work, but time is too employee so I could not
gather with my family

Why have you been
unemployed for such a long time?
I;m
being unemployed for a month and it is not a very long time, I think. I just
wanna take a rest for a moment from work routine then now it is a right time to
get a new job here.

work under pressure?
As
I said before, I think I’m a good worker so even it means that I have to work
under pressure, I’m sure that I can handle my job as much as possible without
making a mistake.

experience?
I
have ever worked two times, the first in UT as a staff for two years then in
Goodyear company in purchasing division for six month

expectation from job?
My
expectation of my job are I can dispense my own ability, make some new friends
and make money.

style?
I will do what I think more easier and the harder next. Because I think time is important.

Yes,
I’m. I can work whether with a team or individual. I can adapt easily with the
working style that is needed

irritates you about co-workers?
I
can feel irritate if I have a co-worker that cannot work individually by
himself. It means that he does not have enough ability to work so that the asks
someone to help him. I’m not saying that I wont help anyone in work, but as
long as we can do by ourselves why we should ask someone helps.

long would you expect to work for us if hired?
I
expect that I can be hired as long as possible in this company

do you see yourself 5 years from now?
I
hope in five years from now, I can develop my own ability to be a better yet. I
can achieve some rewards in my job.

I
think I haven been become a successful person, whether in job or life. Because
I think that I haven’t found my ideal job and I still cant manage my life in a
good way.

I;m
on time in all my job I take and also coming in office

I
think I can be a leader or a co-worker. I’m sure that I can lead the co-workers
in a good way appropriate with the rules and needs and I’m also sure that I can
follow the leader’s instruction if I become a co-worker.

much salary do you expect?
Actually,
I cant expect how much the salary that appropriate for me, but I expect about 4
million rupias.

Yes,
I’m. one again I say that I’m a good worker and I can easily adapt with the
