Pengertian Simple Present Tense 

Simple present tense adalah suatu bentuk kata kerja untuk menyatakan fakta, kebiasaan, atau kejadian yang terjadi saat ini.

contoh kalimat simple present tense : 

1. (+) you are lazy 

    (- ) you are not lazy 

    (?) are you lazy?

2. (+) i go to mall

    (- ) i do not go to mall

    (?) do i go to mall?

3. (+) you are smart 

    (- ) you are not smart 

    (?) are you smart?

4. (+) she eats pizza well

    (- ) she dosent eat pizza well

    (?) does she eat pizza well?

Pengertian Simple Past Tense 

Simple past tense adalah suatu bentuk kata kerja sederhana untuk menunjukkan bahwa suatu kejadian dimasa lampau. 

contoh kalimat simple past tense :

1. (+) i was in surabaya last night 

    (- ) i was not in surabaya last night 

    (?) was i in surabaya last night? 

2. (+) he was a student

    (- ) he was not a student

    (?) was he a student?

3. (+) she cooked a cake last night

    (- ) she didnt cook a cake last night

    (?) did she cook a cake last night?

4. (+) we played football yesterday 

    (- ) we didnt play football yesterday

    (?) did we play football yesterday?
